Jackie fuses organizational strategy with brand strategy and connects the dots to make sure clients have a clear path. After receiving her degree from the University of Cincinnati, Design, Art, Architecture & Planning, Jackie built Madison Design with her business partner Julie. For over 30 years, she has advised brand and marketing leaders across a dynamic range of industries, including healthcare, education and manufacturing. As the leader of Madison's business growth and development, Jackie cultivates new partnerships and creative solutions for today's marketing challenges. Jackie is an integral part of Covington's business community as both a board chair for the Covington Business Council and one of the founders of Covington Creates. A Mother of Mercy Alum, Jackie is also a board member for Mercy McAuley.



Mandy Jenkins - Minuteman Press Southgate

Mandy Jenkins is the owner of Minuteman Press Southgate, a family-owned, woman-operated full-service printing and marketing company that has been serving the Northern Kentucky and Cincinnati communities for over 15 years — and which Mandy has proudly led since 2020.

Before stepping into business ownership, Mandy built a strong foundation in operations and procurement, with over 20 years of experience in administration, operations, and purchasing. That background in logistics, vendor relationships, and organizational efficiency translates directly into the way she runs Minuteman Southgate: with precision, partnership, and a personal touch.

Today, Mandy leads a team that helps local businesses, schools, churches, and organizations bring their brands to life through high-quality print, design, signage, promotional products, custom apparel, and more — all under one roof.
