Non-Conventional Entrepreneur Conference

The Non-Conventional Conference, a regional gathering designed to celebrate and support entrepreneurs who are building success outside of traditional pathways.


Hosted in Northern Kentucky, NON-CON, scheduled to be held at Sparkhaus on Sept 12, from 10am to 6pm, will bring together innovators, founders, creatives, and community leaders whose stories reflect the resilience, creativity, and bold thinking shaping the future of our region. Our goal is to highlight the power of non-conventional entrepreneurship while creating meaningful connections between emerging founders, established business leaders, and community supporters. 


Their experiences reflect the realities of building and scaling companies through innovative, non-traditional approaches often in response to having been historically excluded from conventional funding pathways and traditional business support systems.
