Sharmili Reddy, City Manager for Covington, KY
Sharmili Reddy has served as City Manager for Covington, KY since August 2025, overseeing a $80+ million budget, 400+ employees, and guiding strategic initiatives and development efforts. Previously, Sharmili was Executive Director of Planning and Development Services of Kenton County and City Administrator for Fort Mitchell, KY. With a strong background in community planning, Sharmili has led regional economic and civic initiatives and serves on the Board of Trustees of the Horizon Community Foundation of Northern Kentucky. She is a Leadership Cincinnati graduate and recipient of honors including ASPA Career Achievement Award, Cincinnati Business Courier’s 40 Under 40, and YWCA Rising Star Award.
