The physical progress on the infrastructure at Covington Central Riverfront is visible from all directions. But there is so much more going on behind the scenes that will eventually activate those streets, sidewalks and public spaces. The CBC hard hat tour, led by Tom West, Director of Economic Development for the City of Covington, will let participants in on some of the development activity that is taking place as well as when you can expect to see buildings start construction.
