Mitko Karshovski, Operations Manager of SparkHaus will introduce CBC members to some of the innovative companies that are shaping the entrepreneurial hub as it prepares to celebrate its first year in business later this summer.
From its inception, a primary objective in creating SparkHaus was establishing a space where founders can do their best work and connect with fellow entrepreneurs, and funders (from seed-stage venture capitalists to Northern Kentucky’s largest private equity groups) can easily interact not only with one another but also with the founder community itself.
The results so far have exceeded expectations by reaching 100% office occupancy just 3 months after opening, 400+ active members, and routinely hosting dozens of every month.

Mitko Karshovski is an entrepreneur, community strategist, and content creator who works at the intersection of business, tech, and culture. As Operations Manager of SparkHaus, a 50,000 sq. ft. entrepreneurial hub in Covington, KY, Mitko helps shape and strengthen the region’s founder community. He is also the cofounder of Cincy Scoop, a local media brand with close to 100,000 followers across social media and email. Prior to SparkHaus, he led community strategy at GrowthCommunity, helped shape content at Hampton, and ran Remote Insider, a media company covering the rise of remote work and the digital nomad movement that reached 20,000 readers worldwide.

Paul Koop is the CEO and co founder of Builder Backed, a Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky startup focused on simplifying homeownership. Drawing on a background in mathematics, analytics, sales, marketing technology, and team leadership, Paul founded Builder Backed to help homeowners feel more confident managing repairs, maintenance, and improvement projects after they buy a home.
Before Builder Backed, Paul worked with Nielsen supporting Procter & Gamble and later with Quotient Technology, where he helped drive adoption of digital coupons and retail media. Today, his work centers on helping builders stay connected with homeowners beyond closing through trusted support, technology, and local service networks.

Dalton Mitchell is the Founder and CEO of TalnFlo, a verified talent marketplace designed to bridge the gap between AI and human connection in hiring. A Northern Kentucky native, Dalton is a proud NKU alumnus and Cooper High School graduate who has spent over a decade in the recruiting industry, ranging from full-desk recruiting to scaling his own staffing company.
This experience gave him a front-row seat to a growing industry problem: hiring was becoming less human. AI flooded pipelines with unverified applicants, while qualified candidates often received no response. Dalton built TalnFlo to address these inefficiencies through "Authentication as Infrastructure," ensuring every candidate, recruiter, and hiring manager on the platform is verified.
