Rachel Fausz is Vice President of Advancement and Marketing for Easterseals Redwood and has more than 20 years of experience working in nonprofits across our region including The Christ Hospital Foundation, University of Cincinnati Foundation, United Way of Greater Cincinnati, and the Dan Beard Council. Her work has realized more than $90 million in fundraising impact in our community.
Megan Jackson is a long-time champion of building community. Through relationships and making connections between individuals, businesses, and non-profit organizations, Megan strives to use her gift of connecting to bring encouragement, support, and growth. Rooted in social services, she began her career as a Family Resource Center Coordinator with Covington Independent Public Schools before finding her knack for fundraising in the non-profit sector. Since 2015, she has led philanthropic efforts for Cincinnati Museum Center, Master Provisions, and now as VP of Development for The Dragonfly Foundation. Through The Dragonfly Foundation, she's returned to her passion of supporting children through its mission of providing strength, courage and joy to more than 8,000 children, their siblings, and caregivers faced with pediatric cancer.
