Dr. Christin M. Godale is an accomplished neuroscientist and life sciences leader with a unique blend of academic and venture experience. Dr. Godale spearheads initiatives to foster a thriving life sciences ecosystem. Her strategic leadership focuses on regional collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and infrastructure development todrive innovation and economic growth.

Dr. Godale’s expertise spans therapeutics, cell and gene therapies, immunology, neurology, and drug delivery systems. Before joining CLSP, she served as Director of Life Sciences at

CincyTech, a venture capital firm where she led investment diligence, managed deal flow, and cultivated relationships with leading academic and healthcare institutions, including Cincinnati

Children’s Hospital, the University of Cincinnati, and the University of Kentucky. With a Ph.D. in Neuroscience from the University of Cincinnati, Dr. Godale has conducted groundbreaking research in temporal lobe epileptogenesis. She is also a published author in peer-reviewed journals and a sought-after speaker, sharing insights on science commercialization, advocacy, and innovation.
