Crystal is a Certified Nurse Practitioner (CNP) and Registered Nurse (RN) with a Master’s Degree from Vanderbilt University and 22 years of healthcare experience. Her expertise spans patient care, clinical leadership, training, and Electronic Health Records (EHR). As the Administrator and Director of Operations at Honeysuckle House, Crystal leads hiring and training efforts, ensuring excellence in care. She is also a Certified Residential Assisted Living Specialist and an investor in a four-home RAL expansion in northern Cincinnati, Ohio.

Crystal lives in Fort Mitchell, KY, with her three amazing kids. She is passionate about promoting healthy living through activity and nutrition, enjoys gardening, reading, and has a deep love for animals.

I cared for her at home because I never found that level of comfort in a ‘Big Box’ facility. Owning a Residential Assisted Living (RAL) home allows me to spend more time with family, teach my kids the importance of following their dreams, and give back to my community by providing seniors with the end-of-life experience they deserve.”
