Planning and Development Services of Kenton County (PDS) is a public sector organization focused on promoting community development, growth, and safety. PDS serves 20 local jurisdictions in Kenton County, including the county itself and 19 cities. It is responsible for managing building codes, community development, infrastructure engineering, planning, zoning, and code enforcement. Additionally, PDS acts as the managing partner of the LINK-GIS Partnership, which provides geographic information services to various entities in Kenton, Campbell, and Pendleton Counties.

With a member-centric focus, the Covington Business Council provides access and connections to the dynamic growth of Covington, Kentucky by fostering a culture that promotes one-on-one attention.
